Marmoset Current-Clamp Phenotyping Resources: Protocol-Aware Analysis of DANDI:001776
收藏资源简介:
This record provides the derived dataset, analysis software, and reproducibility materials supporting a protocol-aware secondary analysis of archived marmoset intracellular current-clamp recordings from DANDI:001776. The deposited package contains frozen MATLAB-derived tables, figure-level data, integrity-control outputs, execution and provenance records, MATLAB analysis code, Python figure-generation scripts, and instructions for reproducing the reported analyses and figures. The workflow preserves cell and protocol-family context and evaluates feature computability, primary reportability, prespecified analytical sensitivity, acquisition stability, and protocol-family versus cell-pooled estimates. The analysed cohort comprises 177 independently identified cells from the A-series subset of DANDI:001776. The archive includes outputs derived from 9,651 exactly paired voltage-current records, including 5,447 quality-controlled LongPulse sweeps and 350 protocol families, of which 291 supported at least one primary-reportable feature. The original NWB electrophysiology files are not redistributed in this record. They remain publicly available from DANDI:001776. This resource accompanies the manuscript “Protocol-aware secondary analysis of archived NWB current-clamp recordings: feature reportability, stability, and reproducibility,” prepared for submission to Neuroinformatics.
