analysis.zip - Python notebooks for creating manuscript figures from intermediate NetCDF files of ROMS output.

roms-summary-nc.zip - Intermediate NetCDF files prepared for analysis and the Python scipts used to create them from the full ROMS output.

roms-runs.zip - Input files for reproducing full output of idealized ROMS runs. Build scripts will need to be edited for users' computing environment (paths, Fortran compiler, MPI, etc.).

environment.yml - Contains information about the conda environment used in the analysis notebooks and scripts used to create intermediate NetCDF files (see guide on managing conda environments).
