What effects do arbutin at 0.25 μM and three concentration gradients of SP helical peptides have on the gene expression of melanoma cells?

Previous studies have shown that arbutin has the effect of inhibiting melanin formation in melanoma cells. Therefore, we comparatively observed the effects of arbutin and SP helical peptides on the morphology, tyrosinase activity, melanin content and cell proliferation rate of mouse melanoma cells.
