Bulk HTS-FTIR measurements of filamentous fungi were used to perform Principal Component Analysis (PCA), which generated the training set for the ChemLiNN model. Since the training set was generated using PCA, this data is not required to reproduce the dataset. The dataset can be generated using code available at the github repository.
