Fungicides have complex effects on the wheat phyllosphere mycobiome

Here, we studied fungicide effects on non-target fungi in the wheat phyllosphere. This study describes how the fungal communities in wheat leaf were affected by three different broad-spectrum fungicides applied at different timing and doses to control yellow rust.
