This dataset is developed based on the theory of spatial reconstruction and utilizes massive spatio-temporal data to establish a potential evaluation system for territorial land consolidation, which supports the quantitative analysis and evaluation of the potential for land integration and optimization. Aiming at the demands and implementation workflows of comprehensive regional land consolidation, the dataset is built with the objectives of improving land use efficiency, optimizing spatial functions and patterns, restoring the ecological environment, and ensuring sustainable resource development. A scientific and effective potential evaluation model is constructed, which adopts GIS spatial analysis as the core technical method to quantitatively assess the potential of comprehensive land consolidation. This dataset can serve business sectors including comprehensive regional land consolidation project construction and territorial spatial planning.
