资源简介:
In String Quartet No. 7, Ben Johnston focuses on maximum intervallic variability. In the first “Scurrying” he uses 62 different intervals, the largest of which is the major third, and no fewer than 40 intervals are smaller than the diatonic minor second (16/15). The second “scurrying” is four times shorter than the first. The shortening reduces the number of intervals used to 38, ten of which appear for the first time.
