Soybean Developmental Regulator Driven Regeneration

Soybean transformation remains challenging and has not kept pace with fast-moving genetic engineering technologies due to low efficiency, lengthy timeline, and genotype dependency. To address these limitations, we developed a streamlined transformation method leveraging developmental regulators (DRs) to promote direct shoot regeneration from germinating embryos.
