Confirmation of NEUROD2 binding to putative target genes identified by the ClosesetGene method. NEUROD2 ChIP and GFP ChIP DNA were used as templates for qPCR analysis. Data is represented as the amount of enrichment in target genes in NEUROD2 ChIP DNA as compared to a negative control GFP ChIP DNA.
