Genome-wide analysis of gene expression by SGC7901 subjected to recombinant human STIP1 (rhSTIP1)

Analysis of SGC7901 in proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis, and metabolism at gene expression level. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that rhSTIP1 influences the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition of SGC7901. Results provide important information of the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition, such as Wnt signaling pathway genes, up- or down-regulated specific metastasis cellular functions. Total RNA obtained from SGC7901 subjected to rhSTIP1 in vitro compared to IgG-SGC7901.
