Lnc-ITSN1-2 promotes rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast-like synoviocytesproliferation and inflammation while represses apoptosis via positive regulation of IL-23R/JAK/STAT pathway, and correlates with increased disease risk and activity

This study aimed to investigate the effect of lnc-ITSN1-2 on cell proliferation, apoptosis and inflammation as well as its possible regulatory network and molecular mechanisms in rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Overall design: Lnc-ITSN1-2 overexpression and ShRNA were transfected into RA fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) followed by measurement of cell proliferation, apoptosis, inflammatory cytokines and mRNA sequencing.Â
