PATHOMORPHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF TUBULAR AND INTERSTITIAL RENAL DAMAGE IN ACUTE MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION
收藏资源简介:
Acute myocardial infarction may cause substantial secondary injury to the kidneys through systemic hypoperfusion, venous congestion, neurohumoral activation, oxidative stress, and inflammatory responses. Among renal structures, tubular epithelial cells and the interstitial compartment are particularly sensitive to ischemic and metabolic disturbances. This thesis analyzes the main pathomorphological features of tubular and interstitial kidney damage associated with acute myocardial infarction. Special attention is given to epithelial degeneration, tubular necrosis, interstitial edema, inflammatory infiltration, and the transition from acute injury to chronic fibrosis. The results indicate that the severity and duration of cardiovascular dysfunction strongly influence the extent and reversibility of renal structural changes.
