In this study, we characterize the transcriptional signature of pancreatic cancer cells with different autophagy flux levels. Overall design: PATU8902 cells were cultured in 3D-Matrigel to form spheroids. Cells with high (High-Auto) or low (Low-Auto) autophagy levels were flow-sorted, prior to RNA extraction and sequencing.
