A four-species bacterial consortia made of Pseudomonas sp. ADPe, Variovorax sp. 38R, Arthrobacter sp. TES and Chelatobacter sp. SR38 was propagated for ~100 generations in seven different minimal liquid media supplemented with citrate as the carbon source, and atrazine, cyanuric acid and/or ammonium sulfate as nitrogen sources. Here, we provide the full genome sequences of these four ancestral strains.
