Processed quantitative proteomics data obtained by LC–MS/MS from platelet-rich plasma (PRP) derived from umbilical cord blood compared with three age groups. The dataset contains processed quantitative outputs (.d.quant) and Excel tables used for downstream statistical analysis. Raw mass spectrometry files are not available.
