This study constructed a co-fermentation system using two fungi-Dark septate endophytes (DSE) and Trichoderma viride. To explore the effect of fungal co-fermentation in degrading different types of traditional Chinese medicine residues. On this basis, a pot experiment was set up to explore the effects of DSE and T. viride solid-state fermentation (SSF) products on the growth of Astragalus mongolicus and the accumulation of Astragaloside. Meanwhile, high-throughput sequencing technology was adopted to evaluate the effects of different fermentation products on the diversity and structure of microbial communities in the root system and rhizomar soil of Astragalus mongolicus, laying a theoretical foundation for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials and the research and development of microbial organic fertilizers.
