Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) play key roles in various diseases. However, their functions in insulin resistance are unclear. This study aimed to determine whether resveratrol or metformin could influence the expression of lncRNA and to elucidate the underlying mechanism. We conducted a high-throughput sequencing analysis to detect lncRNA and mRNA expression signatures of mice that were fed with HFD to induce IR.
