ReadL-seq sequencing data (pod5) and reference files

This dataset contains raw nanopore sequencing data (POD5 format) and reference FASTA files used in the study: "ReadL-seq: single-molecule DNA lesion mapping via nanopore signal-drop detection". The ReadL-seq method enables detection of DNA damage sites at single-molecule resolution by identifying characteristic signal drops induced by biotin-labeled nucleotides during nanopore sequencing. Contents:- POD5 files: raw nanopore signal data- FASTA files: reference sequences used for alignment and analysis These data were used for signal extraction, delta-signal (Δsignal) calculation, and BiotinScore-based lesion detection.
