The mRNA enrichment to one another was calculated as the ratio (PD/I)mRNA1/(PD/I)mRNA2, where PD is the relative amount of the specified mRNA detected in the pull-down using an specific GFP-tagged protein and I (input) is the relative amount of that mRNA in the cell extract prior to the pull-down. The levels of specific mRNAs were quantified by qPCR and the unspecific RNA pulled down from an untagged strain (BY4741) was used to normalize.
