来源五河县政府网站水利沟渠划界批复。安徽省五河县张家沟北起怀洪新河右堤张家沟闸，南到新集泵站涵，全长11.5km，在蔡家湖泵站处筑有拦河坝，将张家沟分成南北两段。南段长4.0km，无防洪堤，汛期开启新集泵站和蔡家湖排涝站抽排张家沟南段涝水分别入淮河和张家沟北段河道，以降低内部水位。北段长7.5km，经多年治理，特别是怀洪新河右堤建成后，张家沟北段已基本形成封闭的防洪堤圈。划界标准为： 1、张家沟北段为有堤防排涝大沟，按堤防外堤脚线外10米为准；2、张家沟南段，以设计二十年一遇洪水位线为准。利用GPS定位63个点位，划定张家沟边界，从数据上定位张家沟边界范围。
This dataset is sourced from the water channel demarcation approval document published on the official website of Wuhe County Government. Zhangjiagou in Wuhe County, Anhui Province, starts from the Zhangjiagou Sluice on the right embankment of the Huaihong New River in the north, and terminates at the Xinji Pump Station Culvert in the south, with a total length of 11.5 km. A river barrier was constructed at Caijiahu Pump Station, dividing Zhangjiagou into northern and southern segments. The southern segment, measuring 4.0 km in length, has no flood control embankments. During flood seasons, the Xinji Pump Station and Caijiahu Drainage Pump Station are activated to pump out the waterlogging in the southern segment of Zhangjiagou into the Huai River and the northern channel of Zhangjiagou respectively, so as to reduce the internal water level. The northern segment, with a length of 7.5 km, has basically formed a closed flood control embankment enclosure after years of improvement works, particularly following the completion of the right embankment of the Huaihong New River. The demarcation standards are specified as follows: 1. For the northern section of Zhangjiagou, a large drainage ditch equipped with flood control embankments, the demarcation line is set at 10 meters outside the outer toe line of the embankments; 2. For the southern section of Zhangjiagou, the demarcation line is based on the designed 20-year return period flood water level. A total of 63 GPS positioning points were utilized to demarcate the boundary of Zhangjiagou, and the boundary scope of Zhangjiagou was accurately positioned based on the collected data.
