资源简介:
This study included 59 infection patients and 31 control groups, respectively. 59 bacterial infection patients aged 65-85 years from July 2021 to March 2022 were tested in Ningbo UB Medical Laboratory were selected as the research objects. Test data of patients clinically diagnosed with bacterial infection (including but not limited to Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes and Escherichia coli). Data exclusion criteria: (a) CD4+ cell count <200 cells/μl; (b) Data of tumor patients. (c) Patients with viral infections, including AIDS. (d) Sample/patient with incomplete information (or test data). Control group: 31 healthy controls at the same stage, inclusion criteria: (a) No disease with physical examination data; (b) Age between 65-85 years old. The exclusion criteria were the same for the infection group. All the subjects’ samples support patients’ information, include years, gender, temperature, the value of N/L (neutrophil/lymphocyte), PCT (procalcitonin), WBC (white blood cells), CRP (C-reactive protein), TBil (total bilirubin), GPT (glutamic-pyruvic transaminase) and BNP (type B natriuretic peptide). The data utilized in this research was obtained from residual samples/blood specimens following routine examination. The study did not involve human subjects. Furthermore, it is not feasible to contact patients for obtaining their informed consent regarding the remaining specimen. It can be fully privacy protection, therefore, does not involve ethics and informed consent.
