资源简介:
This project investigates the transcriptomic changes in rat skin wounds treated with saliva-derived exosomes. Following the establishment of skin injury models on the backs of rats, saliva-derived exosomes were subcutaneously injected around the wound sites at post-surgery days 2, 5, 8, 11, and 14. The control group received phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) injections at the same time points. This study aims to explore the gene expression modifications induced by exosome treatment compared to the control and normal untreated skin, thereby identifying potential mechanisms through which saliva-derived exosomes influence skin healing and tissue regeneration.
