We extracted the polysaccharide from Auricularia auricula , and then the polysaccharide was administered to the mice. Oraled afer 21 days, We collect mouse feces and then ,16S V3-V4 region of the mouse intestinal flora was sequenced, and Changes in cytokines were analyzed in blood and macrophages.
