RNA-seq profiling of vascular endothelial cells overexpressing miR-378

This dataset was generated to investigate the global gene expression changes regulated by miR-378 in endothelial cells. The mouse brain endothelial cell line bEnd.3 was transduced with a lentiviral vector carrying miR-378 (Lv-miR-378) or a corresponding control vector (Lv-Control). Total RNA was extracted from biological replicates and subjected to next-generation sequencing (RNA-seq). The raw data (FASTQ files) and the processed gene-level counts matrix are provided. This resource is valuable for researchers studying the role of microRNAs in endothelial cell biology and angiogenesis.
