资源简介:
To reduce environmental pollution and pesticide residues, an increasing number of fungi are being used for biological control. Chaetomium globosum is a fungus found in plants, soil, straw, and manure; this strain was isolated from red algae. Genomic DNA was sequenced using paired-end Illumina technology, yielding a Chaetomium globosum genome of 33,107,708 base pairs, containing 8,704 annotated protein-coding genes. This genomic information provides valuable insights for the application of Chaetomium globosum in biological control.
