ListPred Benchmarking study (long-read sequencing data)

ListPred is a easy to use ML prediction tool for virulence potential and tolerance to disinfectants of Listeria monocytogenes isolates. In this study, we compared the effect of different input types (i.e., raw-reads or assemblies) from different sequencing platforms (i.e., short-read or long-read sequencing). The short-read sequencing data has already been submitted to ENA and here we submit the corresponding long-read sequencing data.
