Data matrix derived from clinical samples for modified risk prediction in HBV-associated follicular lymphoma

Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, defined as surface antigen positivity (HBsAg+), has been demonstrated to be closely linked with increased incidence risk and poor prognosis of B-cell lymphoma. To address clinical demands, we developed a novel prognostic scoring system integrating HBV-related factors and immune-regulatory biomarkers, which shows enhanced reliability in identifying high-risk patients compared to the conventional FLIPI (Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index). This dataset corresponds to the clinical sample data matrix associated with the study.
