Disclosed are an upland cotton transformation event 18C006-10-13 and a specific identification method therefor. In the present invention， a Cry51Aa1.C006-1 gene is introduced into upland cotton CCRI24， so that the gene is overexpressed in the upland cotton CCRI24 to obtain transgenic cotton. The transgenic cotton is cotton obtained by inserting an exogenous DNA fragment shown in a sequence 1 between 63328845-63329028 loci of a D12 chromosome of a target cotton genome to replace a base sequence of 182 bp between the 63328845-63329028 loci of the D12 chromosome. Experiments prove that the transgenic cotton has high resistance to mirid bugs， and the plant height， first fruit branch length， fruit branch number， boll number， and lint percent of the transgenic cotton are also higher than those of the upland cotton CCRI24.
