Alpha-pinene mixing ratios collected with drone around ATTO Site, covering three vegetation types (upland, white-sand and ancient river terrace forests) at three different heights in October 2024

This dataset contains the abundances of (-)-alpha-pinene and (+)-alpha-pinene at three different vegetation types: upland forest (terra firme), white-sand forest (Campina) and an ancient river terrace forest at three different height levels at each location, with units of parts per trillion (pptV) and percentage uncertainties. The samples were collected with a drone from 8th October 2024 to 17th October 2024. Samples were taken every 5 minutes and were sampled in groups of three, one after the other during each sampling event. Sampling start times are given as local Manaus time (UTC-4). Height levels differed between the sampling locations. At Campina, levels 1, 2 and 3 were 18 m, 50 m and 100 m , respectively. At the terra firme forest, levels 1, 2 and 3 were 35 m, 50 m and 100 m, respectively. At the ancient river terrace forest, levels 1, 2 and 3 were 30 m, 50 m and 100 m, respectively.
