资源简介:
This dataset was developed as part of a scoping review investigating the behavioural factors influencing the use of, and intention to use, shared electric scooter systems (SSS). A systematic search was conducted across major academic databases (Scopus, Web of Science, and ProQuest) to identify peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2014 and 2026. The review followed the five-stage framework outlined by Arksey and O’Malley (2005) and refined by Levac et al. (2010), and adhered to the PRISMA-ScR (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews) guidelines to ensure methodological transparency and rigour.A total of 58 empirical studies were included based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data extraction was conducted manually using a structured framework and included information on study context, geographic location, data sources, research design, analytical methods, behavioural outcomes, and reported determinants of SSS use or intention to use. Identified factors were systematically coded and grouped into three overarching categories: user-related factors, system- and pricing-related factors, and urban environment-related factors.Ethical approval was not required, as all data were sourced from publicly available peer-reviewed literature. All efforts were made to ensure accurate documentation, consistent classification, and transparent reporting to support replicability. The dataset provides a structured summary of included studies and a comprehensive inventory of behavioural determinants associated with SSS use and intention to use.
