LLC cells were inoculated subcutaneously into the right flank of C57BL/6 mice. 10 mg/kg of medicine was injected intraperitoneally at D0, D3, D6 and D9. For the RT and JS-RT groups, a dose of 8 Gy radiotherapy targeting the primary site only in conjunction with 0.5 cm compensation film was given at D4. Tumor tissues from the anti PD-1, JS-201 and JS-201+RT groups were divested completely for transcriptome RNA sequencing.
