Supplementary Table 1 – Clinical characteristics and TSP2 levels in AAA patients

This supplementary table presents detailed clinical characteristics of 21 patients diagnosed with abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). The data include demographic information (age, gender, ethnicity), aortic parameters (maximum AAA diameter, adventitial thickness), serum thrombospondin-2 (TSP2) concentrations, and common comorbidities (smoking history, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, nephropathy). These data were used for correlative analyses shown in Figure 1 of the main manuscript. TSP2 levels were measured by ELISA. Patient identities were anonymized and all participants gave informed consent.
