Repurposing Large-Format Microarrays for Scalable Spatial Transcriptomics - Bulk RNA-seq

Bulk RNA-seq (PME-seq) generated for analysis in parallel with Array-seq. To study immune processes at the organism-level, four replicates of 6 weeks old female mice were anasthesized, and transcardially perfused with PBS supplemented with 1 mM EDTA. 15 tissues (Liver, Spleen, Colon, Thymus, Kidney, Lung, Heart, Muscle, White Adipose Tissue, Brown Adipose Tissue, Bone Marrow, Inguinal Lymph Node, Skin, Small Intestine, Brain) were collected and stored in RNAlater at 4C overnight before freezing at -80C for long-term storage.
