Interest Organizations in Denmark, 1981

The survey is an updating of DDA-0053: Interest Organizations in Denmark, 1976, the purposes of which were: #1) a mapping out of all Danish interest organizations, and #2) theoretical analyses of the Danish organizational system. #The survey comprises (primarily national) interest organizations, and the following main characteristics have been examined: #a. characteristics of the organization itself, #b. level of activity of the organization, #c. membership of other organizations, #d. contact with public authorities, #e. EC-relations of the organization, #f. other international relations of the organization. #The information was obtained on the basis of questionnaires sent to the organizations and completed by organization representatives (chairman, vice-chairman, or representatives at a lower level) or by salaried employees (high-level or other)
