Performance metrics and credible set characteristics for fine-mapping methods across simulation replicates with two causal variants.

For each replicate, the number of true positives (TP), false positives (FP), and false negatives (FN) is shown, along with derived metrics: Precision, Recall, F1-score, and AUC. Credible set counts and average sizes are also reported, using the CS2 procedure for BLR models and the internal credible set definitions for external methods. (XLSX)
