Microbial diversity in nitrogen-fertilized soil

In a certain farmland area of Shijiazhuang City, China, the application of differential nitrogen fertilization was carried out on the soil, and the microbial diversity was measured.The nitrogen fertilization experiment in the agricultural soil test area began in 2004. The experimental design for nitrogen application included four levels: CK (control; no nitrogen applied), N1 (low nitrogen application), N2 (medium nitrogen application;), and N3 (high nitrogen application), with three replicates per treatment.
