Occupational health and safety is of critical importance in processes such as transport, stacking, processing, packaging and storage of products in the spice processing factory. In this research, existing hazards were identified in 15 different departments of a spice processing plant and a total of 565 potential risks arising from these hazards were determined. Using L-Type Matrix (5x5) and Fine-Kinney risk analysis methods, the risk values were calculated and the risk levels were compared and analyzed based on the results.
