The impact of transformational leadership on organizational resilience in the Saudi energy sector: the mediating role of organizational culture

This repository contains the anonymized dataset and questionnaire used in the study titled “The impact of transformational leadership on organizational resilience in the Saudi energy sector: the mediating role of organizational culture.” The dataset includes responses from 250 employees working in the Saudi energy sector. The study used a quantitative research design and applied SPSS and AMOS for statistical analysis, including reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA), and structural equation modeling (SEM).
