Chromosome 17 of GRCm38 (Ensembl release 102), the transcripts on it, and a read set sufficient to rediscover the backsplice junctions PFv2 calls there. Intended as a quick end-to-end check for PTESFinder v2 (PFv2). Contigs are Ensembl-named (1..19, X, Y) with no chr prefix. Contains genome.fa, transcriptome.fa, bl6-chr17.fq.gz and expected/pf-structures.bed.
