Various files for the Persephone publication

Various files used for the demo set associated with the original publication of the Persephone paper. Two zip files with the pan-species models used to create the community microbiome models. One zip file with the two demo datasets (supplementaryData.zip) One zip file with the frozen COBRA toolbox at the time of paper submission. This is given as Persphone will undergo continuous development and might not fully correspond to the original publication at a later date.
