High-light stress RNA-seq Marchantia polymorpha

In order to elucidate the role of the single Marchantia B-GATA ortholog in response to high light intensities, a transcriptomic analysis of Marchantia polymorpha BoGa, Mpb-gata1 mutants and MpB-GATA1ox under high-ligh stress conditions was performed. Overall design: Transcriptome comparison including three replicate measurements of three biological samples. Plants were subjected to three different conditions: six hours of high-light (HL) with 1200 µmol m-2 s-1 at 20-22°C (t6HL), six hours of mock treatment with 60-70 µmol m-2 s-1 at 20-22°C (t6G­L), or at time point 0h (t0).
