ECOTOURISM AND UZBEKISTAN: AS A FACTOR OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.

This article analyzes the concept of ecotourism, its role in the global tourism system, aspects related to sustainable development, and opportunities for the development of ecotourism in Uzbekistan from a scientific and popular point of view. The prospects of the sector are highlighted using the example of the country's natural resources, reserves, national parks, and regions with ecotourism potential.
