In order to identify the genes related to ethylene-induced asymmetric root growth, transcriptome sequencing was performed on Oryza sativa root tips with the 5 treatments (Water, ETP, ETP + STS, ACC, ACC + STS).Water was control group. ETP, ETP + STS, ACC, and ACC + STS were treatment groups.Each group has 3 biological replicates.ETP (ethephon),ACC (1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid),STS (ethylene inhibitor silver thiosulfate).
