《齿轮纹理表面微观形貌数据集》说明:本数据来源于某纹理齿面的表面高度数据,合理的表面织构能够提高摩擦副的润滑性能,表面纹理对摩擦副摩擦过程影响主要体现在以下三个方面:在干摩擦或边界润滑时能起到储存磨粒的作用,在混合润滑时能起到的储油的作用,在动压润滑时能产生附加流体动压效应的作用。齿轮纹理表面微观形貌数据集采用激光烧蚀技术在试件表面加工出点阵和凹槽等纹理,采用激光采用美国Rtec非接触三维形貌仪(MFP3D-WL1)中白光模块采集表面形貌数据,用于润滑特性分析。
Description of the Gear Texture Surface Microtopography Dataset: This dataset is sourced from surface height data of textured gear surfaces. Reasonable surface textures can improve the lubrication performance of friction pairs. The influence of surface textures on the friction process of friction pairs is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: storing abrasive particles during dry friction or boundary lubrication, storing lubricating oil during mixed lubrication, and generating additional fluid dynamic pressure effects during hydrodynamic lubrication. For this dataset, surface textures such as dot arrays and grooves were fabricated on specimen surfaces via laser ablation technology. Subsequently, the surface topography data was collected using the white light module of the American Rtec non-contact 3D profilometer (MFP3D-WL1), and is intended for lubrication performance analysis.
