Biological sludge DNA extraction formed in the oil / water interface. Two replicates were used for each treatment (different sulfur content) and comprising a composite mixture of DNA extracted in a single tube for each time (10, 20, 30 and 40 days) using the PowerSoil DNA Isolation Kit (Mobio Inc.) Following the manufacturer's instructions modified by Silva et al. (2012).
