Study of ICM - Radio Galaxy Interaction in a Poor Cluster Abell 194

Abell 194 is poor irregular cluster well known as linear cluster. In the centerof that cluster (r < 4.), there are two bright galaxies with twin jet lobe andnarrowangle tail, respectively. ASCA observation revealed the deficits ofXray surface brightness in the radio lobe and spectral hardening in the centerof the cluster. However, the moderate anglar resolution of ASCA prevented usfrom resolving the radio lobe ICM interaction. XMMNewton is suitable toresolve the central region and to measure the accurate physical condition of thegas in and around the radio lobe with good statistics.
