Altered Interoceptive Predictive Coding in Functional Neurological Disorders
收藏资源简介:
Data repository for the following study: Stoffel N., Mouthon M., Pelentritou A., von der Weid L., Concetti C., De Lucia M., Aybek S. Altered Interoceptive Predictive Coding in Functional Neurological Disorders, Psychophysiology, 2026. This dataset contains: - The raw EEG/ECG recordings acquired during a Cardio Audio Synchronisation task (CAS), in which participants had to listen passively to a sequence of regular sounds with omissions (an auditory oddball task). The sounds were either synchronous with the participant's heartbeat (R-peak) or asynchronous. Other experimental materals could be found on GitHub : https://github.com/FND-ResearchGroup/CAS_FND_NS.git - The script to present the instruction of the task on the screen (EPRIME 3.0) - The ActiView script (based on Labview) to process the ECG in real-time and manage the auditory stimulations. - Processing and analysis scripts used in this study (Matlab and R scripts) - Demographic and clinical data This dataset contains data of 34 patients diagnosed with a functional neurological disorder (FND) and 36 age-matched healthy controls (HC). Warning: This database only contains data from participants who have consented to the reuse of the data. Data from 8 participants was removed from the original dataset used for this publication. The data used in the study were organized using the Brain Imaging Data Structure (BIDS) (Gorgolewski, K., Auer, T., Calhoun, V. et al., 2016) with the extension for EEG data (Pernet, C.R., Appelhoff, S., Gorgolewski, K.J. et al., 2019).
