Content (µg g-1 fresh plant) of terpenes in Fusarium circinatum-inoculated (I), mock-inoculated (MI) and unwounded (UW) Pinus pinaster and P. radiata seedlings. Terpenes were analyzed, identified, and quantified by GC‒MS. Seedlings of both pine species were subjected to the following treatments: inoculation with isolates 7 and 26 of F. circinatum (I7 and I26), mock inoculation with sterile water (MI), and unwounded plants (UW). For terpene profile analysis, three replicates composed of a pool of eight plants were used.
