3d photo reconstruciton of dissection photographs

# 3D dissection photograph dataset This dataset consists of dissection photographs of coronal slabs acquired at Massachusetts General Hospital's Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, registered in 3D to an *in-vivo* MRI image. ## Processing ### Photo Imputation A 3D U-net was trained to impute between slices of the 3D tissue slab reconstruction. This was done to improve subsequent automatic segmentation and surface reconstructions. Now available as an output with FreeSurfer's v8.0.0+ **mri_3d_photo_recon** pipeline. ## Recon-any Used a deep-learning "recon-all"-like processing pipeline for surface reconstruction of the imputed 3D-photo volumes. Used the version of run_recon-any in FreeSurfer v8.0.1 for all surface reconstructions.
