Discovering of microRNA target genes in N2A cells [HITS-CLIP]

Here, we use HITS-CLIP sequencing to observe microRNA enrichment and microRNA target coverage under normal culture conditions in neuroblastoma cell line. We show abundance of several microRNAs and the presence of target genes for these microRNAs in the N2A cells. Samples from untreated N2A neuroblastoma cells were High throughput crosslinked and immunoprecipitated for sequencing (HITS-CLIP seq). Three replicates were included.
